Motivational Interviewing Training
Supporting Positive Change Through Collaborative Conversations
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a powerful, evidence-based counselling approach that helps people explore and strengthen their own motivation for change. It is particularly effective when individuals feel uncertain, resistant, or ambivalent about changing behaviour or addressing challenges.
This training introduces the core principles and practical skills of Motivational Interviewing, enabling participants to have more meaningful, supportive, and effective conversations that encourage positive behaviour change.
