Our Services

SNAP Cymru provides reliable impartial support for children and young people, parents and carers throughout Wales.   We also work closely with professionals from Education, Social Services, Health, Schools, Early Years Providers, Social Care providers, Careers Wales and Third Sector partners.

We offer a range of services for families as recommended in the ALNET Act (Wales 2018) including Impartial Information and Advice, Disagreement Resolution and Advocacy.    Please follow the links below to find out more about our services and how we can help.

If you’re looking for specific information and advice, you may find relevant information on our ‘Get Help’ page linked below.

You can phone us or send a question to us using our ALN Enquiry Form. Contacting us in this way means you will have access to a trained and experienced advisor who will give you independent, accurate and confidential advice and support.

Alternatively, you can book an appointment here to speak to one of our trained advisors.
